I am in bulking process. And i.m getting good results but i.m confused firstly I have 19% body fat. Ideal body fat is (12 to 15) as of now i.m lean and fat stored in my belly. If I had something carb food belly is getting more n more. Please help me. I want to bulk up. Reduced my belly fat need clean diet to follow my self.

take carbs in morning time, and avoid milk n carbs at night. Do high cardio and abdominal exercises more. high protein diet can work good.
