Dear lybrateuser, - To improve & boost your immune system have a well balanced diet with more of fruits mainly citrus fruits, vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, quinoa instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, beans, lentils, sprouts, peas, nuts, healthy fats such as in olive, canola & sun flower oil, fish, avocado, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, flax seeds - do regular exercise such walking, jogging, swimming, play a game, do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for proper blood circulation - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night which is very important for a strong immunity & other body functions.
