I want to know the best time for exercise. I want to start workout. My lower body has more fat than upper. I am 32-24-33 I do external studies n stay whole day at home. I want my shoulders to be more firm n strong. I feel I have bloating belly whenever I eat plenty. My food intake time is following: 8 am. Breakfast 11 am. Snacks 1.30 pm. Lunch 5.30 pm. Snacks. 8.30 pm. Dinner I can skip one time snacks to adjust workout time. Please do suggest me time accordingly.

Hi Lybrate user, the best time to do exercise is morning time on your empty stomach you have to take 2-3 glasses of luke warm water after that before going for gym/ exercise take 1 apple and 1 glass of black coffee without sugar do exercise for 1 hours do not do vigorous exercise and do not lift weight at a sudden. Slowly increase the time and exercise pattern and you have to stop taking snack if it is oily, junk and excess fatty. You can add more fruits and vegges to your diet.
