I need a diet plan for weight loss and gain muscle I workout everyday including some cardio and strength training so please give me a proper diet plan.

To reduce fat naturally you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimise sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio + body weight exercise in morning.
