It is not at all advisable to have peanuts if you have hypothyroidism. Pls avoid peanuts. Your previous history of kidney stones also point out to avoiding peanuts which is high in proteins. Also avoid sulphur roach vegetable like cauliflower cabbage and broccoli like wise. What happens here is these food prevent the body from using iodine, which is already poor in a person with hypothyroidism. Include more fish in your diet especially sea food. Increase your level of physical activity with exercise to improve body metabolism or else you are prone to weight gain and slowly painful joints .and swelling i. Different part of the body.
