I need a diet containing 40%protein 50% carbs and 20% fat and another diet of 50%carbs 30%protien and 20% fat and daily protein intake should be 270 gm.

Thank you for contacting Why would you need 270 gm protein. RDA for Indians is 1 gm per kg body weight. Ypu should take 79 to 80 grams per day. I need to find out how much protein you are taking currently and then make it go up step by step. In case like most I dians take you are taking only 20 to 25 grams of protein per day we canmot even double it I overnight. The body should be able to assimilate slowly.
