My daughter is not well from past 2 months, It started from stomachache which remained for about a month in which we treated her thrice for infraction, now the stomachache is gone but she is having fever as we give her medicine (mostly paracetamol) the fever goes but again it comes back within 2-3 days, she gets fever of 100 to 101 and at time her body temperature comes down to 97-98. There are various test are been done like urine, typhoid, blood test, hemoglobin, liver panel -1, LFT serum, vitamin b-12, SGPT, bilirubin, and ultrasound all report are ok, unable to detect the problem kindly advice.
