What would be the perfect diet to be taken on a daily basis routine to get fit. I'm not fit at all. As you can see that the weight is more than the height variances. Please let me know of anything required.

Don't skip breakfast. Eat regular meals. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Get more active. Drink plenty of water. Eat high-fibre foods. Read food labels. Use a smaller plate.
