Hi. i am 32 years old I have high b.p since one and half year. I have gone to so many doctors. But my b.p levels are not coming to normal condition. Whenever I go to doctor I used to have 160/90 and it comes down to 150/100. And one more problem is I have gas problem. Doctor said that due to gas also high b.p comes. So my question is if I have overcome my gas trouble then my b.p levels comes down to normal and then I can stop the medication.

Hi If your bp level is high due to gas problem, then definitely it come down You should avoid to take salt You do exercise. You go for walk in morning and evening Avoid stress and be happy Take sleep properly You can do Yoga and meditation Hope my answer is helpful to you Thanks please give feedback for better evaluation.
