Dear Lybrateuser, - You can't do anything about the bony structure but build muscles to increase your chest size - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains & protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts, seeds - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, pull ups, push ups, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, yoga to build muscles & keep fit.

Fast metabolism ,you mean to say you are not gaining body weight inspite of having good hunger and eating well. Please specify other bodily issues if any .and would be good to have a thyroid hormone check if you feel your weight gain is not appropriate to your eating pattern.. Shape of your body and the rib cage size can be improved with good yoga practise.
