Hi doctor, my whole testicle becomes hard for few seconds like after masturbation. I have read over the internet regarding this scrotal hardness and cancer, and I am a bit tensed. In my case the scrotum hardens for a few minutes like after bathing, after masturbation and returns to normal soft state again. Is this normal? Or do I have any problem.
