I am 52 years person my weight is 85 kg and my height is 165 cm. I am a heart patient as I have one stunt in my heart. I am taking the heart related medicine regularly. However my diet is very simple as in morning my breakfast is with simple three chapati or with oats. Lunch four chapati and some rice with pulse, vegetables, during dinning at 21.30 hrs take two chapati with vegetable. Kindly suggest me the right diet plan.

Hello I suggesting for personalized diet plan. I am only guiding you. In your diet carbs is high. So maintain your diet. Include in diet egg whites, low fat Panner, sprouts, apple, green tea, almonds, walnuts, etc 3-4 liter water per day.
