I am 21. I want to build my body up so I am going to gym. But I am not able to lift much weight. I am not able to do exercises for longer than 30 minutes. What should I do? Please suggest.

Try correcting your food intake to feel fresh and light. You should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimise sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds.
