Sir, I am DIABETES patient from 8 yrs. Now taking 1 tab in day Carbophage XR 1000 Novomix 20 units in day 10 units in night and Dynaglip M Forte (20/1000) in night. I don't have any exercise history. I am feeling obsessed, stressed, very LESS sleep. Recently faced herpes and now detected with Pneumonia. Don't understand what to do. Pain in left wrist left thumb and in first finger due to herpes. For herpes taken acivir 800 35 tabs course. Now back pains in left side. please help for back pain?

Hi Mr. lybrate-user as you telling that you r diabetic patient with no excersises and physical activity in the day is not good for your health. You should do at least 20-30 min of brisk walk and some excersise daily basis. Moreover for your back pain. If it is severe take cold packs otherwise if it is mild you can take light hot packs on left paraspinal region and do some unilateral stretching of paraspinal muscles. It will improve after 2 days regards

Your finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.
