Hi, I got muscle injury as table tennis bat got hit on my wrist. X Ray and MRI were done. Doctor said it's just muscle tear and swelling will go with medicine. I have been taking medicines from last two months, still the pain is there. Most of the pain is on elbow right forearm (it is not tennis elbow). And I have also taken physiotherapy for 12 days which provided me NO Improvement. The pain is not going away. :(Any suggestions are welcome!

Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.
