To reduce weight naturally you should avoid packed and market food, reduce wheat and rice based food and minimize sugar, oil and salt. Increase intake of natural food like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio and stretching exercise in morning.
