Normally weight gain starts happening by early and mid 20s. You don't have to worry about it now. Keep an active lifestyle. Do some body weight exercises in morning. Have fruits for breakfast which will improve metabolism. Have healthy natural food made of wheat and rice, take milk products like curd, buttermilk, butter, ghee, paneer etc.
