While getting up from kneeling position, I heard a crackling sound from my knee joint. Thereafter I am having intense pain while climbing or coming down from stairs. The pain seems to be at the ligaments. I have been applying volini spray and wearing knee cap/.please advise if xray needed. And what recovery PATH TO BE FOLLOWED.
