I am getting more fat deposition under the breast and the upper shoulder. What diet should I follow.

Hello Lybrate user your under active thyroid is also responsible for fat depostion and weight gain. Do some yoga and exercises especially ujjayi and sinhasan. Take plenty of water. Drink coconut water once in a day. Take fruits, salad, beans, daliya, khichdi, almonds, raisins, walnuts etc. Avoid cabbage, cauliflower, soyabean, day sleep/ nap, and curd etc.
