Hello, I have a mild tinea versicolor developing on the front of my neck. I don?t know what is the reason. I workout Monday through Saturday and follow a healthy diet. This happened to me a few months ago as well. However, I stopped working out due to some reason for 1 month and started having regular food 3 times a day. The tinea versicolor disappeared. But after starting to work out again and following my diet it came back. Supplements that I take: 1. Whey protein 2. Fish oil 3. Multivitamin 4. Zinc magnesium 5. conjugated linoleic acid.
