I had a brief unprotected sex male to male. I was bottom partner. I got worried a lot. I had mine combo 4th gen test after one month of exposure. That came negative. Before that I had my partners antibody test. That too was negative. Do not know whether he was in window period or not. Than after 80 days of exposure. I had mine antibody test that too came negative. I m. Subjected with daily pains. Sometime in legs. Sometime in back and sometime in chest. Will HIV come again after some years or months? Please give me advice please.
