I do regular workout from past 3 yrs. From last few months I am doing zumba and cardiovascular workouts and I have observed that my calf is getting heavier and I am getting stretch marks in dt area too. Earlier when I was doing suryanamaskar then my biceps were getting heavy. As a female I long for a lean body. Please advice what is going wrong with me. Am I doing wrong exercises??
