I am suffering with external haemorrhoids from past 2 years. My age is 27 year planning for baby, is it will effect r have to do first treatment for this haemorrhoids?

Yes, it would be better, you take treatment for external hemorrhoids if they are paining or bleeding. Because there are 50% chance that symptoms might increase during pregnancy and treatment would be difficult during pregnancy.
