I am suffering from acidity problem since 10 year's whenever I fell food pipe irritation I take pan 20 or 40 tablet. After then I fell better. But I take monthly 20 or 15 tablet whenever I fell irritation. My question is there any side effects of medicine.

Taking Pantoperazole( PAN 40 or 20 ) is not going to harm you but may develop tolerance and may not give reseponse up to the mark so it is Advisable to change your antacids. In my opinion you take Cap RABEMAC -- DSR once or twice as you require. Hope you will get better response.
