I am 23 old (girl). I am suffering from congenital nystagmus due to which I have acquired an abnormal head position or head tilt so I want to know about the surgery regarding correcting null point up to some extent along with their cost.

Is your vision good? Surgery on muscles can bring the null point to the front, so that you do not need to tilt head as much. It will not improve the vision though. Both eyes can be operated together in the same sitting. May cost you around 35 to 40K. Insurance may not reimburse this amount, as it is a squint procedure. Gives fairly good results.
