I am having heavy cough at nights Unable to sleep or speak. In the mornings I am not having cough symptoms and able to do my work but in the nights its terrible I took some tablets but it is not reducing. It comes only after I lie down in bed. So I went to pulmonologist he told to take PFT test and after seeing the test result he told you have reactive lungs and gave inhaler that it. What exactly mean by reactive lungs and Is it serious?

This is not such a serious problem. Actually, the term "reactive airway disease" is used when asthma is suspected, but not yet confirmed. Homoeopathy has good treatment. You may consult privately
