I am a 21 year female last month 6 jan I had accidentally fallen from bike n my shoulder was dislocated a bone was sticking outside n also my shoulder blade bone is sticking outside I do not have pain in my shoulder but I experience pain in my back the place where my shoulder blade is. Please help mee how can make this un visible without surgery please suggest some exercises n also what precaution should I take. Should I move it freely or some precautions are necessary.

Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. And also you need to do shoulder strengthening exercises which is very much important for you to recover totally and also in a rhythmical manner.
