Hi sir, I am 20 years old. I do masturbation 2-3 times in a week in last 7 years but now within 6 months I faced lot of problems I.e. High Dark circles and when masturbate I feel very weak and my mind not work when I study that means mind can't accept anything. I am a CA student I study 10 hrs daily.
