Dear just don't worry about the problem, it's a temporary and can be well treated. You as individual appears to be more sensitive with light and sound. I understand that you are much worried, fearful, scared, under fobia of any thing. You are man of high ambitions, anxiety and over work is leading to this problem. Lack of exercise, poor gastric state, may also be corrected by get physically tiered, full appetite full choicest food with good nutritive value, will help. Good counselling with family and friends to over come any fobia, sex life (if married) etc mild anti anxity drugs (not sedatives) will give you sound sleep. Ear plugs, black eye pads strip will also help, initially focus on stress free mind. I am sure of good result.
