I participated in a protected sex but I suffered from gastritis after 6 days. I had a doubt that the condom is cut. Is this a symptom of hiv. And now a days I am feeling weaker and also had a doubt whether is it because of lack of proper food or hiv? And the doctor told me that because of the food I ate I got digestion problem and everything's got cured in an overnight after taking syrup.

Gastritis is due to digestion problem. It is not due to HIV. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Follow this and be happy.
