Hi, Thank your for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid junk, processed and oily food completely. Also avoid white sugar as much as you can. Have 4 to 5 servings to fruits and vegetables daily. Include lots of protein in your diet. Eat healthy fats and leave the unhealthy ones. Drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water everyday.
