My age is 23 and I am suffering from anxiety I cannot go to an event due to anxiety. I am very angry every time every moment .I also tried to overcome it but I cannot overcome now a days I am feel like my head is small and face is extra bigger and also suicidal attacks occur please give me suitable treatment and their duration.
