I am 27 year male. I am facing some health issues when I spend time alone. Issues like headache (including the side of the ears), loss of appetite and I do feel weak sometimes. Sometimes I feel energetic, but then the very next moment I feel weak again. Even after sleeping for 8 hrs I feel like this.

I think ur having anxiety problem,,do regular exercise or walking or jogging,,take high protein,,take fruits daily,,take nuts daily,,this will help
