I have low Vitamin D (25 OH) level of 5.31 ng/ml. TC/HDL: 2.4, LDL/HDL: 1.2, HS-CRP: 8.1, Testosterone: 24.48 ng/ml. I recently had a shoulder/neck pain issue and have L5-S1, C4-C5, C5-C6 disc bulge as well. I have PCOS also. Could you correlate these conditions and give adequate advise for the same? Thanks in advance!
