Hi, I am 30 years old, I hesitate in public place but I have to stay and my motion is not cleared. I took extra medicine to clear but now I have got pain in right arm and left leg (is it gas or blood contamination type. Sir please guide me as soon as possible because now there is no natural call for motion pressure Medicine I had been taking for couple of months is dulcolax (bisacodyl tablets IP 5 mg)

Take lots of fluids atleast 5 liters per day. Take green leafy vegetables and fruits daily. Make a habit of doing regular exercises. Take Esabgol 10 GM. Two Tea Spoon at bedtime. Your problem will be solved. No worries.
