Hello doctor I'm 15 year old. 164 cm and I'm doing everything to increase my height and I does workout everyday for 45 mins. But now I'm on my London days so I'm a vegan. Dry skinner. So as there is not meat my protein intake is very less. What are the supplements I need for a balanced diet to achieve my maximum height.

You can get your natural height by eating normal balanced diet , fruits etc.. You cannot increase height beyond your genetic trait . YOu can eat protein supplements and good fat
