Hello doctor. My gf had periods on 8th January. And we had sex on that day using condom and I gave her I pill on the following next day. After few days spotting occurred. Then on 26 January we again had sex using condom and the condom use was perfect without any break or leakage. And I did not gave her any pills. Now its 13 feb and her periods are due till now. There are no pregnancy symptoms. Is she pregnant. I am in a lot of fear please help.

Get a blood test done for beta hcg hormone which is positive only when the woman is pregnant and implantation has taken place. This test is diagnostic before the periods date. Chances of getting pregnant are there because no tablet was given to prevent pregnancy and failure rate of condoms is more than 20 %. It's recommend to avoid getting infections and for prevention of pregnancy, there are other ways which are safer than giving unwanted tablet every time. Tablet is loaded with hormones which can lead to complications like hormonal imbalances and irregular periods.
