From past couple of days, I am experiencing a buzzing sound in both of my ears while sleeping and it is disturbing me a lot. When I google it, I came to know that it was called as Tinnitus. I live in a silent room and this beep/buzzing effect is irritating. Also, last night, I woke up mid night and experienced that my head was spinning like hell. I felt as if I was going to faint. I also had vomiting sensation but when I tried to vomit, I couldn't. I initially came up and slept back and woke up normal. I don't know if this is linked with Tinnitus too. What should I do? PS- I had anxiety issues recently and faced a panic attack too.
