My night sleep duration is 10: 00 pm to 3: 30 am After that I suddenly wake up and do not sleep. What is happening with me? I feel little bit hungry and gut is filled with gas. Sometimes I feel itching sensation in anus like worm is present. When I feel this, I visit a medicine specialist and Dr. asks me to take any albendazole tablet but then after few days again the same things happen.

please take food without much spice. do some meditation and try to reduce your stress levels.Please consult an Ayurvedic doctor for anal itching problem. Constipation/worms/spicy food may cause such things.
