Hello sir/ madam I want to reduce belly fat, for this I started jogging in evening from last 15 days but it doesn't work. So please give me suggestion regarding my diet and also please tell me some exercise for this. Thanks.

Hello Lybrate user, To reduce belly fat you need to do abs exercise more. As well in diet make following changes - 1. Take 10 - 12 glasses of water everyday 2. Increase salads, fibrous fruits in diet like orange pineapple, mosambi, kiwi, watermelon 3. Take omega 3 fatty acids rich food like flax seed, walnuts if you eat non veg then salmon sardine fish 4. Do portion control Eat wise drop a size/- Regards.
