Can a blood pressure patient take two medicines in a day ,when he or she has high blood pressure.

Yes, two doses can be taken. But how will you know whether it is high or not? BP should be measured once every month on fixed date, and only after resting for 10 minutes. Remember, God did not make BP machines, measuring BP is just a new fashion.
