Doctor please let me know why it is said to eat egg without yolk (yellow) means white only. Also let me know the benefits of both white and yellow part of egg. Does eating egg omelet also beneficial or only boiled egg helpful.

Do not eat more than 2 yolks It is not recommended because egg yolk has lots of cholesterol 1 egg yolk fulfills daily recommendation of cholesterol It is good cholesterol but overeating is not recommended You can have 2 yolks daily And white as much as you want Egg white is a source of lean protein.
