Since 4 days i am not being able to hear from my right ear. Not completely but some of it. It is closed since 4 days. I think its due to cold as I had some cold due to the weather. So what do you suggest I do ?take ear drops ?or something else.

Wax could be one of the reasons for the inability to hear along with a cold wherein the eustachin tube gets blocked. This tube connects the ear & the throat. If you have wax then it has to be removed or if it is hard wax softeners have to be instilled in that ear & after about 10 days the ear has to be syringed to remove the wax. Ear block on account of a cold can be treated with an antihistaminic / mucolytic & a nasal decongestant.
