My friend fall down from stairs 10 days back so his wrist is injured a little bit but the x-rays didn't show any damage to the wrist or hand and he consult several doctors maybe 2 to 3 I think and took the medications they prefer but he still find some pain and most importantly stiffness so that his wrist is not moving freely like normal so what do you say about it.

Giving rest to injured part is prime. 1.Try getting a slab done or wear wrist splint for 3 weeks minimum. 2. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help. 3. Local ice pack application will help. 4. Keep affected wrist elevated. Share x-rays.

This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.
