Sir actually I fell down & left leg below knee so much pain Already taken x-ray it is normal but do not understand medical language detail as follows. There is vertical lesions seen involving the upper shaft of Tibia extending to the left joint. No signs of displacement of fracture. Rest of visualized bones appears normal. So in this case which medicine use? What is best treatment? Please advise.
