Im suffering from minimal disc bulge at L4 L5, so due to this disc bulge I have lower back pain all day. So what should I take to avoid this pain.

Hi lybrate-user minimal disc bulge is quite common. If it's low back pain always start following these steps. 1. Identify why it's happening. May be faulty posture, sitting without back rest. Start taking back rest 2. Use proper lifting techniques. Don't bend from spine. Instead bend from knees. 3. Apply hot water pack for 10 mins 4. Lie down on tummy and a pillow place on your chest and relax for 10 mins. Use this position for taking hot water bag. It relaxes those muscles. 5. Need to start doing McKenzie exercises.
