Hi, I am vegetarian and want to reduce my body fat and some 7-8 kgs. I am 30 year old and I feel very lazy and tired if do some more physical activities. For few months I am looking into Guru Mann diet but don't know is he genuine person or not. Can you help?

U have to do regular exercise or walking jogging,,,take high protein diet,,take fruits daily,,take plenty of water,,take oatmeal,,take honey in warm water,,take jeera water in the morning,,take fruits,,this will help along with exercise
