I use to masturbate often daily two or three times, it's maximum daily Recently I noticed a new problem: 1. When I masturbate seeing any porn, within 5-10 second I use to sperm out quickly. So why is it happening and what type of problem? 2. When any girl touch my penis over my trousers, why I am not getting Erection, but other time at morning and bath time getting Erection full So why not? Please help me.

Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one or two minute of sex, continuously several times with the same partner for over six months.
