Hi, I am 40 years old have mild chest pain (anywhere from centre to lower heart to shoulder to left hand) and nausea systems most frequent. I get my all blood test done - Normal. ECG, TMT Normal. Mild ischemia in Stress Thallium. Went further for CTA -Normal with No plague and Zero Calcium. Still I feel sometime during the day little worried. I had gastritis detected in June and on medication since then. Pls. Suggest.

Though chances of cardiac pathology are minimum after all normal results of tests. But be careful. It can be an angina, or neurological pain.
