Smoking and the ill-effects of tobacco consumption is very dangerous for a young chap of 17 years with high BP to boot. You have not mentioned the diastolic score which is more important to determine how much of a blood pressure problem you really have. Whatever that is, it is still recommended that you stop smoking immediately. Because you are young I am assuming that you may not be that addicted and giving up may be quite easily done.

Smoking can increase blood pressure and since you are young it is usually hard to quit smoking by yourself, more so since you have been smoking for the last 2 years.
